By accessing or using the Savage Onwebsite, mobile site, or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

Savage On is a streetwear brand based in Manikganj, Dhaka, Bangladesh. We design and sell apparel and accessories exclusively for the Bangladeshi market. For enquiries, contact us at realonik43@gmail.com.

• All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes. Minor colour variations due to screen calibration may occur.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.
• In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to cancel your order.

• By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
• We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, and Nagad as payment methods.
• Orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock shortages.
• Order confirmation is sent via SMS or email. An order is not confirmed until we send this confirmation.
• For mobile payment methods (bKash, Nagad), incorrect transaction IDs will lead to order cancellation.

• We deliver within Bangladesh only. International shipping is not currently available.
• Estimated delivery times: 3–5 business days inside Dhaka; 5–7 business days outside Dhaka.
• Delivery charges: ৳70 inside Manikganj; ৳130 inside Dhaka; ৳140 outside Dhaka.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery.

• Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
• Sale items, innerwear, and accessories are non-returnable.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

All content on this site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Savage On and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts, refuse service, or cancel orders at our discretion.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place orders.

You may not use our site to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data.
• Engage in any fraudulent activity, including submitting false orders or payment information.

To the fullest extent permitted by Bangladeshi law, Savage On shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or order in question.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
