Refund Policy

1. Overview
We want you to love your Savage On purchase. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right. Please read this policy carefully before raising a refund request.
2. Eligibility for a Refund
You are eligible for a refund if:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
- The item did not match the product description on our site.
- You return the item within 7 days of delivery in unused, unworn condition with all original tags attached and in original packaging.
Refunds are not issued for:
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery.
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Sale or discounted items (marked as "Sale").
- Innerwear and accessories (for hygiene reasons).
- Items returned without original tags or packaging.
- Change of mind (unless the item is defective or incorrect).
3. Refund Timelines

Timelines start from the day we receive and inspect the returned item — not from the day you ship it back. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless we made an error.
4. How to Request a Refund

- Provide your order number, a brief reason for the return, and photos of the item if it is damaged or defective.
- We will review your request within 1–2 business days and provide return instructions.
- Ship the item back to the address we provide. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within the timeline above.
5. Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted — for example, if an item shows signs of use or is missing original packaging. We will notify you before processing a partial refund.
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size or colour of the same product, subject to stock availability. To request an exchange, follow the same steps as a refund request. Please see our Returns Policy for full exchange details.
7. Cancelled Orders
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible — you will need to follow the returns process. For COD orders that are refused at delivery, we reserve the right to restrict future orders from that account.
