Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. After 7 days, we are unable to accept returns unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Delivery is confirmed when our courier marks the order as delivered. If you did not receive your order but it shows delivered, contact us immediately at our contact page.

Return Conditions

Items must meet all of the following conditions to be eligible for return:

  • Unworn and unwashed — no signs of use, stains, or odours.
  • All original tags attached and intact.
  • In original packaging (poly bag, box, or whatever it arrived in).
  • Accompanied by your order number (screenshot or SMS confirmation is fine).

We inspect all returned items. Items that do not meet these conditions will be sent back to you at your expense.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • Items marked as "Sale" or discounted at time of purchase.
  • Innerwear and undergarments (for hygiene reasons).
  • Accessories (caps, bags, socks, jewellery, etc.).
  • Items that have been altered, personalised, or custom-made.
  • Items returned after the 7-day window without prior approval.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • COD orders: Refund via bKash or Nagad to the phone number on your order — within 3–5 business days.
  • bKash / Nagad orders: Refund to your original mobile wallet — within 2–3 business days.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong product.

Exchanges

We offer free size and colour exchanges on eligible items, subject to stock availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we will process a full refund instead.

Steps to exchange:

  1. Initiate within 7 days of delivery (see below).
  2. Ship the item back to us.
  3. We dispatch your replacement within 1–2 business days of receiving the return.

You can only exchange an item once. If the replacement also needs to be returned, it will follow the standard return process.

How to Return

  1. Contact us via our contact page, email, or WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return. Include photos if the item is damaged.
  3. We will review and respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
  4. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address we provide.
  5. Once received and approved, your refund or exchange will be processed promptly.
